Anne as my point of contact and Anne explained the process and my options in a very clear and easy to understand way, while being very friendly and approachable at all times. With a little input from myself and some direction as to what I wanted to do, a professional CV and a template covering letter were quickly drafted. I was advised about registering with recruitment agencies and training courses to consider as well as lots of other practicable things that helped me on my new journey.
