Nicola Hogg from “Empowering Wellness”

It’s hard to believe November 2020 is almost DONE! This reminds me that it’s just over a year since we collaborated with Nicola Hogg from “Empowering Wellness”.

Nicola Hogg- Empowering Wellness is a Psychotherapist with an enormous interest in health promotion primarily utilizing the world renowned DO TERRA OILS.

She gave an energizing talk for us last year in Cobh’s Titanic Bar & Grill on the power of essential oils for health. A lovely added bonus was that we knitted in the opportunity to donate to Cork ARC Cancer Support House to support Cancer Patients & their families…
