We work hard to ensure we have relevant information on this website to help you to inform any purchasing decisions you may wish to make as a customer. Typically during the working week (Monday to Friday) after you may have purchased a product or service from this website we will get in touch directly with you within 48 hours after your purchase, sometimes however this will be faster than this guided deadline. We will be very clear in relation to turn around times regarding the product you have purchased to ensure you are supported in meeting any deadlines you may have.

Refunds & Complaints; In the event you have purchased a product or service that you have decided not to progress with please ensure to contact us directly within 24 hours of this purchase indicating that you do not wish to progress and that you require a refund. Please email the Business Owner directly via email  In addition to this if you are unhappy with any aspect of our products or services again the point of contact is the Business Owner Avril via the same email

Customer Cancellations for Sessions; Please note that we require a minimum of 48 hours cancellation notice where possible this notice needs to be given directly to the Consultant in our Team that you are working with via email or phone. For any cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled session date and time the full fee will be charged for this session.
